About Gatsby Development
Gatsby Development was founded in 2019 with the primary goal of addressing the mass housing shortage in the market. We believe the most effective solution to this problem is through efficient infill development and the renovation of multi-family projects that are made up of small efficiency dwelling units (SEDU’s). We also believe that high quality and low cost should not be mutually exclusive. Our mission at Gatsby is to develop projects with great design, construction, and aesthetics that can be lived in at an affordable rate.
Past Projects
Over the years we have worked on the development of a vast array of housing types, from single family homes to townhomes to apartment buildings.
Current Projects
With the focus on efficiency, Gatsby is working on the design and permitting process of a 14 unit SEDU building and a 9 unit SEDU building, in the Seattle neighborhoods of First Hill and Ballard. In the meantime we are also currently remodeling an 11 unit apartment building in Ballard, updating each unit to raise the quality of living for tenants .
